We took a mini vacation within our California vacation. The gang loaded up a rental van and hauled ourselves to the Sierra National Forrest and Yosemite National Park. Definitely one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen!! 
It was unseasonably warm while we were there, so the girls were able to enjoy the snow park without all of the bulky gear. Jolie is even in short sleeves!! We didn't stay too long. . . we were the only ones there and the snow was melted on top, so it didn't make for good sledding. Besides that, we "borrowed" a broken sled that someone left there. It worked!!!
This is one of the big snow mounds that was at our resort. Again, the snow was real crunchy so the girls weren't into playing in it too much.
